Embedded in the innovative Kaisermatt Technology Park, we specialise in tool and fixture construction and continuously invest in modern machining technologies, powerful CNC machines, as well as in the further training of our employees.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for immediate or agreed start:

CNC Polymechanic Wire EDM (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Programming and setting up 4 state-of-the-art CNC wire erosion machines
• Independent order processing from A to Z (individual parts and small series)
• Responsibility for deadline, quality and process reliability in the erosion area
• Monitoring ongoing production and performing quality checks
• Active participation in process optimisation and further expansion of production
• Maintenance and care of the machines

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ, specialising in manufacturing
• Professional experience in wire erosion
• Experience in CAM programming (preferably Peps)
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
• Interest in modern manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement
