Your tasks
- Professional support in leading the Q managers at all locations
- Ensuring compliance with standards according to ISO 9001/14001/45001 as well as implementation of customer requirements and industry-specific standards (e.g., SEDEX)
- Further development and optimization of the management system
- Participation in the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal, external, and supplier audits
- Accompanying external audits by certifiers, customers, and authorities
- Building, transferring, and ensuring expertise in quality, sustainability, and occupational safety
- Preparation of evaluations and processing of key figures for management and selected customers
You bring with you
- Technical training with further education in the quality field (sustainability and occupational safety advantageous)
- Solid knowledge in the quality field and experience with the application of integrated management systems
- Prior knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001, advantageous
- Experience in handling key figures, preparing evaluations
- Very good communication skills
- English skills from level B2
- Openness, initiative, and joy in optimizing
