Your Tasks and Perspectives

All IVF laboratory activities, such as semen analysis and preparation, IVF/ICSI, embryo culture, and cryopreservation of gametes and embryos
Collaboration in equipment management and ordering
Maintenance and further development of the quality management system
Deputizing for the laboratory management
Active participation in building a new team

What You Bring to This Position

Master of Science in Embryology, scientific degree with further training in embryology, Senior Clinical Embryologist, or comparable qualification
Solid practical IVF knowledge
Structured working method, reliability, initiative, and team spirit as well as enjoyment in shaping, active exchange within teams, and empathetic support of patients on their journey to parenthood
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good English skills
Willingness to work weekend shifts
