About the job

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, drives things forward and implements solutions directly. The focus is not only on analysing processes but pragmatically improving them together with the team and putting them into practice. Besides planning, you will regularly be found directly on the shop floor – because the best solutions arise where production takes place.

Tasks:

You plan, control and independently realise manufacturing and industrialisation projects – always with a focus on Lean Management, quality and efficiency

You are a central part of product development from the start and develop economical manufacturing and assembly concepts together with interdisciplinary teams. Subsequently, you are responsible for the successful ramp-up to stable series production

Setup, commissioning and continuous development of manufacturing equipment and operating resources

Introduction of new technologies, automation solutions and manufacturing processes

Coordination of internal departments as well as external partners, even in complex project environments

Analysis of production processes on the line and implementation of pragmatic, sustainable optimisations

Creation and maintenance of work plans, bills of materials and technical documentation for series production

Profile:

Completed technical training, e.g. automation technician, polymechanic, electronics technician, production mechanic

Several years of experience in production, industrialisation, manufacturing technology, automation or process technology

Practical working style with willingness to actively participate in projects and production

Strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to advance several topics in parallel

Experience in PLC programming is an advantage

Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style

Very good German and English skills for collaboration in an international environment
