With around 90 residential and over 120 workplaces, a wide range of living and working forms are offered. Your job:
You accompany people with support needs in their daily lives and design meaningful work and employment processes with them. You bring not only organizational talent but also heart and humor. Care? Your tasks:
- Creative design of work processes in our workshops
- Daily life and process support with a focus on individual needs
- Support in social interaction and simple personal care
- Organization of transports, appointments, and events
- Household tasks while adhering to hygiene regulations
- Planning, implementation, and documentation of your work
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
- Training as FaBe EFZ or in a profession in the field
- Team spirit and open, reflective communication
- High social competence and strong empathy
- Resilience and enthusiasm for creative solutions
- Responsible
- Solution orientation, open and positive mindset
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Knowledge of common IT and office programs
