Shape your working hours. Take responsibility. Make a difference.
You want to perform demanding relationship work, act independently and contribute your professional strengths? At WOLEG you will find scope for creativity, strong internal professional support and working time models that fit your life.
In our children’s residential group in Roggwil, we accompany children with complex developmental and stress experiences. We create safe places where children can have new, corrective relationship experiences and support them individually – both in everyday group life and in intensive 1:1 care settings.
Trauma pedagogy is not just a concept for us, but the foundation of our attitude, our collaboration and our daily work.
What makes WOLEG special
Your working hours – tailored to your life
We rely on a duty roster that you actively help to shape. Together we develop a working model that suits your life situation and the needs of the children.
Whether you prefer early shifts, evening shifts, night on-call duty or a combination – we enable different working time models and actively include your personal preferences in the duty planning.
We want demanding pedagogical work and private life to be well compatible.
Self-organisation – co-creating instead of just cooperating
At WOLEG we work in self-organised structures with clear areas of responsibility. You can think along, participate in decisions and take responsibility.
Your experience, ideas and professional perspectives are in demand. Together we develop our pedagogical work and our organisation further.
