To strengthen our physiotherapy team, we are looking for a committed individual for therapeutic work in our centres for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with 56 beds as well as Geriatrics and Palliative Care with 66 beds. In addition to treating inpatients, you will also work on an outpatient basis.

Another part of your role is the professional supervision and support of physiotherapy students during their practical placements.

Your tasks

• Physiotherapeutic assessment, treatment and support of patients
• Planning and conducting individual and group therapies
• Individual goal setting, therapy planning, evaluation and progress documentation
• Professional supervision, guidance and assessment of physiotherapy students during their practical placements (no prior experience required - but willingness to undertake a practice instructor training)
• Close interprofessional collaboration with nursing, medical staff and other therapeutic and advisory professions
• Active participation in the further development of our physiotherapeutic services and treatment standards

Your profile

• Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (BSc) or an equivalent SRK-recognised qualification
• Enjoy working with people with complex psychiatric and geriatric health issues
• Interest and enthusiasm for supporting and promoting students
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
• Interest in evidence-based physiotherapy and in the professional development of your own work area
