Your Tasks
- Professional, organisational and personnel overall responsibility for the areas of operating theatre care and anaesthesia care
- Ensuring a smooth, economical and quality-oriented operating theatre operation
- Leadership, development and promotion of employees in the areas of responsibility
- Responsibility for personnel deployment planning, absence management and resource control
- Continuous optimisation of workflows and operating theatre processes
- Ensuring compliance with legal, hygienic and quality-relevant requirements
- Close and trusting cooperation with the surgical specialist departments, anaesthesia and hospital management
- Participation in budget planning, investment projects and strategic projects
- Accompanying change processes and implementing innovative concepts in operating theatre management
- Promoting an appreciative, motivating and team-oriented leadership culture
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse, health and nursing professional or anaesthesia technical assistant (ATA)
- Specialist training for operating theatre service and/or anaesthesia care as well as ideally a qualification in management or nursing management
- Several years of professional experience in the operating theatre and anaesthesia area
- Initial or several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
- High sense of responsibility, assertiveness and decisiveness
- Economic thinking and a pronounced quality awareness
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and the further development of employees
