The St.Gallen municipal utilities are the reliable partner for the population and economy of the city of St.Gallen as well as partly the region in the supply of energy, water and fibre optics. The implementation of the new network strategy as well as the increasing demand for PV systems and e-charging stations lead to a growing workload in the area of reporting. To strengthen the team in fulfilling our sovereign tasks, we are looking for a committed personality for the Control and Permits department in the Electricity and Telecom Network area, Services division, immediately or by arrangement as
Specialist Employee Administration Network Services (m/f/d) 80 - 100%
This is what you will do:
- Initial examination of incoming installation notifications and technical connection requests as well as assignment to objects.
- Recording and allocation of new projects in the sovereign area.
- Requesting periodic safety certificates as well as monitoring and reminding of incoming documents.
- Taking over administrative tasks in master data recording and maintenance.
- Participation in the further development and digitalisation of processes to simplify and optimise workflows.
This is what you bring with you:
- Basic training in the electrical installation sector or administrative experience in a distribution network operator (DNO).
- Strong technical imagination, IT affinity and interest in learning new things.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally experience with ElektroForm and innosolvenergy.
- Independent, well-structured and precise working style with corresponding perseverance.
- Networked thinking for competent telephone advice to internal and external customers.
