Do you want to take responsibility, improve business processes and actively shape the digitalisation of a Swiss company?

In this versatile role, you will take on a central role in the support and further development of our ERP system AP+. You combine technical understanding with business process thinking and lead ERP, ICT and digitalisation projects.

As the central contact person for our ERP system, you work closely with ICT management, the specialist departments, our key users and external technology partners. You ensure reliable ERP operation and continuously develop our system landscape and business processes.

Your area of responsibility:

• Technical and professional support as well as continuous further development of our ERP system AP+
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems using SQL queries as well as support and coordination of interfaces
• Second-level support for our key users as well as coordination of ERP adjustments, updates, releases and tests
• Analysis, optimisation and digitalisation of business processes in collaboration with the specialist departments
• Planning and management of ERP, ICT and digitalisation projects from requirements gathering to implementation, including coordination of internal and external partners as well as monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality
• Participation in the further development of our ICT system landscape, especially in the Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment

Your profile:

• Education or further training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field with several years of experience in the ERP, application or ICT environment
• Experience in the support and further development of ERP systems as well as in the management of ICT and digitalisation projects
• Solid SQL knowledge, experience with relational databases, data structures, interfaces and technical error analysis
• Good understanding of business processes and the implementation of professional requirements into technical solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint as well as ideally experience with AP+ or a comparable ERP system
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong process understanding and good communication and coordination skills
