Building Technician / Sanitary and Heating Installer

About the job

• Project management & coordination: planning, implementation and support of conversions/extensions in the HVAC environment; coordination with external craftsmen and internal departments.
• Maintenance & servicing: responsibility for comfort and process ventilation systems, compressed air network, fire protection systems (fire stations, fire extinguishers, sprinklers), wastewater and heat distribution as well as fuel and drinking water systems
• Logistics & inventory management: management of stock (filters, spare parts, tools) and ensuring order and cleanliness in the workshop and warehouse
• Master data and documentation maintenance: maintenance of system data in the IH tool as well as creation/update of maintenance and test protocols
• Support for external locations & apprentices: technical support for other locations, supervision of external service providers and preferably support in the training of apprentices FBU EFZ in the field of building services engineering
• Quality controls: carrying out SVTI inspections, checking safety valves, ladders and fall protection

• Sanitary installer EFZ or comparable training in the field of TGM, HVAC
• Several years of experience in maintenance and project work of HVAC systems, preferably in an industrial environment
• Good all-rounder skills, hands-on mentality
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and confident handling of master data tool / office applications
• Driver's license category B required, forklift and operator course for aerial work platforms are desired or willingness to be trained
• Enjoyment of vocational training and willingness for winter service duty desired
