Deputy Team Leader Lifeguard

Do you want to take the next step and assume more responsibility? In this role, you support the team leader, coordinate the pool operations, and contribute together with your team to safety, quality, and unforgettable guest experiences.

What you achieve

• You coordinate the pool operations and staff deployment during your shift and are the first point of contact for the lifeguard team
• You ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards and ensure the flawless functioning of the pool facilities
• You support the team leader in onboarding employees, take on leadership tasks during absences, and plan staff deployments
• You supervise the pool, wellness, and outdoor areas, provide first aid, and actively contribute to accident prevention
• You welcome and advise our guests competently, sell offers, and ensure a friendly, service-oriented guest experience
• You actively participate in operations, act as a role model, and carry out general hygiene and cleaning tasks

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field of study:
• Professional experience: Experience in lifeguard supervision or a comparable role
• You bring initial leadership experience and take responsibility with confidence
• You communicate confidently in German and French and impress with your hospitality and service orientation
• You hold a valid BLS-AED-SRC Generic Provider certificate as well as the Basic Pool SLRG brevet
• You work in an organised, administratively skilled manner and enjoy training employees and developing processes
• You are physically fit, resilient, and willing to regularly work evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts
• German (C1)
