Health Specialist EFZ

with Trainer Function - 80-100%

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
• Taking on responsibilities as a key contact person for assigned guests
• Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI LTCF for assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Assuming daily responsibility
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Taking on responsibilities as a topic leader for a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality
• Competent promotion, guidance and support of trainees (FaGe / AGS) throughout the entire training day
• Conducting learning support, educational reports, target agreement discussions as well as preparation and accompaniment of qualification procedures for trainees
• Information exchange with training supervisors, vocational schools and legal representatives

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Qualification as a trainer or willingness to complete this course promptly (paid for)
• Joy and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and supporting young people in the learning process
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
