Backoffice Sales Specialist B2B (m/f/d) (Part-time 40-50%)
Your area of responsibility
You support the team in order processing for various B2B resellers. You ensure that the right products, at the right price, in the right quantity, are delivered to the right place.
In your area of activity, you act as a central interface between sales, internal departments, manufacturers, and customers. You help ensure timely processing of orders and accompany project business and rollouts in close cooperation with sales.
As a Backoffice Sales Specialist, you are the heart of our department-specific processes and ensure their smooth operation. You take responsibility for the continuous handling of recurring tasks, such as maintaining "End of Life" items, processing cancellation requests, or managing order blocks.
You actively contribute ideas and suggestions to optimize processes.
You are ready to learn and apply new things and enjoy dealing with current topics, such as the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into our daily work.
Your expertise
You have a commercial education or a retail diploma with further training in the commercial field.
You have several years of professional experience in a similar role – you may be re-entering the workforce or pursuing a degree/further education that allows for part-time employment.
You are used to working independently and process-oriented and have a strong customer focus.
You are a proactive, goal-oriented, and persuasive personality with a friendly and competent demeanor and good communication skills.
You have very good German skills and can also communicate well in English – any additional language you can use is a "value add."
