Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionPurpose and Objective of the Role* Ensuring system availability for Swisslog customers through preventive and reactive maintenance and repair measures
* Optimal project execution in the areas of assembly, installation, and commissioning to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals
* Preventive maintenance and repair measures
Main Responsibilities/Competencies* Monitoring and operating the logistics system and troubleshooting in a two-shift operation
* Electrical and/or mechanical maintenance work on the logistics system to the satisfaction of the customer, taking into account Swisslog framework conditions
* Participation in assembly work, electrical installations, hardware commissioning, as well as support for software commissioning
* Ensuring availability of at least 98.5% and continuous improvement of the system
* Proactive interventions in emerging problems
* Achieving team goals regarding performance, deadlines, costs, and results in collaboration with team management
* Ensuring customer satisfaction in own and adjacent areas
* Compliance with and monitoring of safety regulations in own and adjacent areas

Education and Professional QualificationsRequirements
* Electrical and/or mechanical basic training, for example as an automation technician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
* Very good German language skills, spoken and written
* PC user skills

* Familiarity with Step 7
* Ability to parameterise SEW frequency converters
* Ability to parameterise Lenze frequency converters Required Experience
* Possession of NIV 15 permit
* Several years of experience in electrical engineering
