Watch Services Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

in our retail store in Basel

Your tasks

Performing minor repairs as well as quick services on renowned watch brands
Handling advisory tasks in sales as well as service tasks (SAV)
Independently managing repair administration
Checking and adjusting sold watches
Carrying out various administrative tasks, such as preparing offers and processing customer inquiries
Direct contact with our demanding customers

Your skills

Completed training and professional experience as a service watchmaker
Strong customer and service orientation
High social competence, teamwork skills, and flexibility
Confident and professional appearance
Native German speaker as well as good foreign language skills in English and/or French are an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office applications
