Position: Intern Test & Electronic Validation Engineer

Location: Boncourt, Switzerland

You will participate in the design and development of the complete software part of a new generation of automated test benches intended for the validation of mechatronic actuators.

The main objective of the internship is to design a modular, scalable and reusable software architecture allowing the integration of new test functions, the management of complex multi-action scenarios and the future deployment of this solution on client projects. This project is part of an approach to industrialise testing means and capitalise on software validation developments.

· Design a modular, scalable and reusable software architecture for a new automated test bench.

· Develop the software part of the test bench intended for the validation of mechatronic actuators.

· Integrate new validation functions.

· Develop complex multi-action test scenarios.

· Design and develop a library of generic functions within a SW Factory logic.

· Participate in the standardisation of software validation developments.

· Contribute to improving the maintainability and reusability of testing means.

These activities will contribute to the standardisation of testing means, the improvement of their maintainability and their deployment on several future applications.

· Interest in software development applied to automated test systems.

· Interest in testing and validation activities of electronic or mechatronic systems.

· Knowledge of software programming, particularly in the C language.

· Analytical mind, rigour and autonomy.

· Engineering student in the final year of training (Master level or equivalent), specialising in electrical engineering, embedded systems, automation.
