You don’t just see what is planned, you think one step ahead. As an AVOR Joiner Project Manager, you get projects rolling, keep the strings together and find solutions before they become problems. From measuring to planning and AVOR to handover, you are right in the middle and ensure that good ideas become neat joinery work.
These are the tasks
- Independent management and execution of projects in interior construction, new build and conversion as well as renovation – from measuring to handover
- Consulting and supporting our customers throughout the entire project process
- Preparing quotations in the areas of interior construction, doors and windows as well as – depending on experience and interest – also floor coverings
- Creating detailed and execution plans as well as work preparation using CAD
- Coordination and alignment with customers, construction partners, suppliers and internal departments
- Responsibility for efficient and timely project execution
- Responsibility for billing and post-calculation of projects
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed training as a joiner EFZ, ideally specialising in construction/windows
- Several years of experience in project management in the joinery trade – ideally from acquisition to completion
- Confident handling of CAD drawing programmes, preferably cadwork 2D/3D
- Organisational talent as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoyment of customer contact and tact in dealing with clients and construction partners
- Team spirit, initiative and a healthy dose of pragmatism
- You think along, get stuck in and keep an overview even when several projects are running simultaneously
