Your Tasks
- Professional, individual care and support according to established care guidelines
- Respectful and loving accompaniment of residents, with their dignity and self-determination at the centre
- Participation in handovers, team meetings and further training
- Assistance in supervising apprentices and interns
- Ensuring complete, professional and differentiated care
- Care documentation in Care Coach
- Active involvement in the RAI assessment
- Taking on daily or shift responsibility
Your Profile
- A completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe)
- Experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage or willingness to learn
- RAI-LTCF experience is an advantage
- You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and enjoy passing on your knowledge to colleagues and learners
- You are independent, competent and value active thinking
- Empathetic support of residents is as natural to you as effective work organisation and appreciative teamwork
- Good oral and written German skills
