We are looking for a receptionist for the Stiftung Alterszentrum am Etzel (60%)

Your tasks:
- Personal and warm welcome of visitors, relatives, and residents
- First point of contact on the phone and on site
- Receiving and forwarding calls
- Administrative tasks at the reception
- Coordination of visitors, suppliers, and external service providers
- Management of mail, emails, and internal correspondence
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have experience in a reception position
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Enjoy working with elderly people and a high level of social competence
- Organizational talent, reliability, and a neat appearance
- Flexibility and team spirit
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
