Team Leader IT & Support Generalist 80-100%
As Team Leader IT, you not only help operationally to keep our systems running but also coordinate our team and resources. You take responsibility for planning support cases and the corresponding communication with users, and you are not afraid to get hands-on yourself. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a leadership-oriented, technically skilled, and warm personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- Team leadership & coordination: You lead the two-person IT team both professionally and personally, plan deployments, and coordinate incoming support requests (triage, prioritisation, and communication).
- Hands-on support: You are the first point of contact for complex technical problems and confidently resolve support cases on-site at the mountain or remotely.
- Ensuring operations: Together with the IT team, you guarantee the smooth running of the entire ICT infrastructure of Pilatus-Bahnen AG.
- Project management: You actively plan and accompany optimisation projects in the area of systems and applications.
- Interface management: You are the central contact person for external IT partners as well as internal specialist departments.
What sets you apart
- Foundation: Completed IT training (EFZ) and several years of professional experience in the ICT sector, ideally complemented by initial experience in leadership or project management.
- Organisational talent: You have experience in prioritising tasks and efficiently coordinating a team.
- Technical expert: You feel at home in Microsoft-based server environments and Microsoft 365. You understand complex dependencies and find pragmatic solutions.
- Service provider: You work in a structured and independent manner and impress with your high service orientation.
- Communication skills: You can convey technical matters understandably and maintain a respectful approach with the team and users.
