Responsibilities In this role, you are an important part of our flexible and committed team in the telephone sales department. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual with a strong service orientation.
You take on the role of an outbound sales professional in the internal sales department and actively process orders from assigned customers. As a service-oriented and persistent person, you regularly contact your assigned customer base and advise them attentively with a strong sales flair. Through your attentive manner, you quickly identify customer needs, skilfully awaken additional buying interest, and close sales with sensitivity. Together with the field sales team, you are responsible for achieving commercial goals. You document your sales activities neatly in the system and keep a careful overview. For achieving the agreed goals, you will receive thorough training, and the entire sales team as well as your future manager will always be available to support you.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in sales or a craft
- Enjoyment of sales and ideally technical understanding
- Proven performance in a similar role (desirable)
- Polished expression in the German language and good written skills
- Confident computer skills, ideally good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and mastery of communication tools
- High commitment, perseverance, humour, and a great deal of professional pride
- Enjoyment and fun in an office sales role
- Category B driving licence
