Polymechanic with Leadership Experience for Industrial Production
Responsibilities
- Take on the professional and personnel leadership of the team
- Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes including capacity and schedule management
- Ensure and optimise the efficiency of the tubular bag machines
- Monitor product quality and implement quality management measures
- Introduce and promote lean management and digitalisation measures
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in industrial production
- Solid technical know-how of tubular bag machines and automated systems
- Experience with lean methods, process optimisation and digitalisation
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness with a team focus
- Strong awareness of quality, safety and occupational health
