About the job
To complement our care team and to build a relief pool, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement professionally skilled and socially competent individuals as
Relief Nurse and Caregiver
These are your main tasks:
- You take over the care and support of our residents in all phases of life and with their different backgrounds
- You relieve our permanent employees, especially during vacation periods and absences
- You create professional communication and relationships with our residents, their relatives, and other reference persons
- You are responsible for logistical and administrative tasks
How you can convince us:
- A completed training in the care sector (SRK, AGS, FaGe, HF)
- You are resilient, humorous, work independently and also in a team
- You are flexibly deployable and would also like to take on on-call duties if possible
- A respectful, motivating, and empathetic attitude
- High social competence and good communication skills
