About the job
To complement our care team and to establish a relief pool, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement professionally skilled and socially competent individuals as
Relief Nurse and Caregiver
Your main tasks are:
- You take on the care and support of our residents in all stages of life and with their diverse backgrounds
- You relieve our permanent staff, especially during holiday periods and absences
- You foster professional communication and relationships with our residents, their relatives and other key persons
- You are responsible for logistical and administrative tasks
How you can convince us:
- A completed training in the care sector (SRK, AGS, FaGe, HF)
- You are resilient, humorous, work independently and also as part of a team
- You are flexible and willing, if possible, to take on on-call duties
- A respectful, motivating and empathetic attitude
- High social competence and good communication skills
