Independently driving digital transformation in exciting customer projects.

The opportunity to design the digital workplace of the future with a focus (but not exclusively) on Microsoft technologies.

Supporting your customers throughout the entire project process: from analysis, to developing innovative solution approaches, to their successful implementation.

Definition of change strategies including intensive collaboration in implementation (e.g., organizing, leading, and conducting training sessions at our customers' sites or remotely).

• Close cooperation with the teams responsible for the technical implementation of solutions.

We expect from you:

• A (technical) university degree, preferably in business informatics, computer science, or business administration.
• Experience in advising customers on digital or organizational transformation projects.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as a lot of passion for new technologies and enjoyment of a dynamic environment.
• A consultant with heart: you quickly recognize requirements, show pragmatic solution approaches, and implement them efficiently.
• Strong, level-appropriate communication skills in excellent German and good English.
• Service-oriented attitude.

• Workload of 80% to 100%, main workplace in Bern, Zurich, or Basel, as well as flexible willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
