Our Lausanne team is looking to welcome a trainee site manager to support a new building construction project.
Starting September 2026 for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Accompanied by our experts, you will have technical, administrative and financial responsibilities for your site.
- You will need to oversee planning, organisation, and probably the management of teams and subcontractor partners.
- You will manage, with a certain degree of autonomy, compliance with safety regulations as well as the quality of the work delivered.
- For the administrative management of the site, you will discover costing, offers and will share possible optimisations with us.
- You will need to prepare quotes, productivity calculations and ensure monthly delimitations, as well as client and supplier invoicing and accounting follow-up.
- After a few months, you will have gained a very good first experience that will help you better understand the delivery of a major project!
What do you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree obtained, you are in the final year of a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- You have perfect command of French and are able to express yourself in German (minimum B2).
- Interest in the execution of large-scale projects in the building sector.
- You have your own transport to travel to construction sites.
