Maintenance and repair of building technology systems & equipment in the HVAC sector
Diverse customer support: From professional user support to complex interdisciplinary system parameterisation
Competent and courteous advice to our customers
Participation in projects and procurement of new systems and equipment
Participation in an on-call organisation (7/24) and in a fault service covering all building and operational technology systems & equipment

Technical basic training with specialisation in building technology (HVAC)
At least five years of professional experience and expertise in the maintenance and repair of building technology systems and equipment
Strong methodological skills in developing solutions and interdisciplinary collaboration
IT user skills for planning, executing and documenting repairs and maintenance (MS Office, Outlook, FM tools)
Fluent German in spoken and written form
Residence within a maximum 20-minute travel distance (on-call service)
