HR Manager 80 – 100% (M/F/D)
Do you want to join an internationally active industrial company? To replace the current holder, we are looking for a committed and dynamic HR Manager for our company composed of about 200 employees. A true strategic partner, you will be part of the management committee and will lead all HR activities with both an operational and strategic role.
Your missions:
HR Strategy and Governance
- Define and deploy the local HR strategy in connection with general management
- Be a driving force to support organizational development and change management
- Act as a sparring partner for management and team leaders
- Actively participate in management committee decisions
Operational Human Resources Management
- With the help of a collaborator, supervise, participate in and ensure the proper execution of HR processes: recruitment, training, talent management, compensation, evaluations, occupational health, etc.
- Manage complex individual cases (disciplinary, conflicts, health, mobility)
- Ensure clear and coherent internal communication
Cross-functional Projects
- Lead cross-functional HR projects: HR digitalization, employer branding, quality of work life, diversity & inclusion, etc.
Your expertise
- Training in human resources, or equivalent (Federal Diploma/Master's degree).
- Proven experience in HR in an industrial or technical environment, including at least 5 years in a position of responsibility
- Natural leadership, ability to unite, both strategic and operational posture
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, analytical mindset, discretion
- Very good interpersonal skills, solution-oriented
- Fluency in French and English, German is an asset
