These are your tasks
- Lead, further develop and maintain close collaboration within the HR team with around 7 employees in the HR Services team
- Optimise HR processes and align them with customer needs
- Take responsibility for the further development of HR IT systems
- Further develop and ensure the entire HR reporting and controlling within the team
- Support the payroll process and act as deputy
- Lead and support digitalisation projects - especially the expansion of SAP SuccessFactors - from a professional perspective
What distinguishes you
- Solid HR and/or business administration training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable management position, especially in payroll
- Enthusiasm for digitalisation and process optimisation
- Communicative, empathetic and convincing in team leadership and dealing with a wide range of contacts
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking combined with strong conceptual skills, organisational talent and problem-solving competence
