Your tasks
- Reception and care of patients at the reception desk
- Handling and processing of the telephone portal as well as clinic emails
- Carrying out general administrative tasks and correspondence
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating appointments
- Formatting and correcting medical and therapeutic reports and composing dictated medical records
- Holiday cover within the team
Your profile
- Preferably training as MPA, medical secretary, or commercial training
- Ideally already experience in a comparable function
- Very good, confident German (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Comprehensive PC skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams)
- Preferably experience with AI
- Quality-conscious, agile, collaborative, and resilient personality
