Job Description

Your tasks

• Professional care and support of patients in a psychiatric setting

• Support of qualified nursing staff in the care process

• Observation and assessment of health status as well as communication of relevant information

• Promotion of patients’ independence and stabilisation

• Building a professional and appreciative relationship with patients

• Collaboration with nursing staff, doctors, and other specialist departments

• Ensuring smooth ward and care operations

• Documentation of provided care services

Requirements Profile

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

• Professional experience in psychiatry, acute care, or a comparable care area is an advantage

• Enjoyment in working with people in diverse and challenging life situations

• Empathy, patience, and strong social skills

• Responsible and reliable working style

• Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
