Your main tasks:

- Operating technical systems
- Planning and carrying out necessary inspections and maintenance on technical systems
- Processing tickets
- Performing minor repairs
- Obtaining and preparing quotes
- Accompanying internal service providers and third-party companies
- Reporting additional services
- Intervening according to guidelines
- Performing general janitorial services

Your profile:

- Completed training in HVACSE or facility maintenance specialist
- Further training as a janitor with a federal certificate is an advantage
- Business fluent German skills
- Manual dexterity
- Flexible and resilient personality
- Driving license category B
- On-call duty obligation
- Impeccable reputation
