Your tasks
- Visionary, data-driven advancement of clinical AI initiatives and translation of technological innovations into medical added value at the interface of product discovery, regulation, and market launch.
- Co-design of the AI product strategy and prioritisation of AI use cases based on customer benefit, market potential, and feasibility.
- Responsibility for AI use cases throughout the entire lifecycle — from conception through piloting to scaled rollout with our hospital clients.
- Translation of clinical and regulatory requirements into clear product decisions and delivery of a viable foundation (mockups, data examples, feasibility) to engineering.
- Driving projects with lean overhead and leading successful use cases to scale, including the creation of ISDS concepts.
- Data-based management of further development and prioritisation of feature ideas in collaboration with product owners and AI engineers.
Your profile
- Several years of solid experience in product management with proven product successes in the AI field.
- Working according to modern PM principles, a strong understanding of user-centred design, and thinking in holistic platform approaches.
- Strong commercial understanding and experience in the economic management of products as well as the ability to evaluate business cases thoroughly and support the development of appropriate pricing models for AI functions.
- Good understanding of data protection and regulatory requirements (Medical Device Regulation) in healthcare.
- Realistic assessment of the strengths and limitations of AI, especially LLMs, as well as the ability to comprehend and classify IT architectures.
- Role as a bridge builder between technology, business, and clinical users.
- Fluent German skills, good English skills.
