What you can achieve with us:

Personnel management:

• Recruitment, instruction and leadership of cleaning staff as well as quality inspectors. Monitoring of work and time reports, compliance with legal requirements and responsibility for occupational safety as well as targeted training of employees. 

• Planning, organisation and control of cleaning orders from preparation to acceptance. Staff allocation, material provision, quality control and continuous optimisation of processes. 

• Regular support and advice to customers, handling complaints, record keeping and implementation of individual customer requests. 

• Collection of data and information, assistance with calculations, revision of service descriptions. 

What you bring with you:

• You have completed commercial training or a completed apprenticeship with a commercial diploma – ideally you already have experience from an industrial or production company. 
• An EFZ as a building cleaner is an additional plus. 
• You bring business management understanding as well as a strong affinity for the building cleaning industry. 
• With your high social competence, teamwork skills as well as your leadership and organisational talent, you convince in daily exchange with different stakeholders. 
• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner and, thanks to your networked thinking, keep an overview even in demanding situations. 
• You are flexible and willing to work outside regular working hours if necessary. 
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form. Knowledge of another language, for example Italian or Spanish, is an advantage. 
• You are confident and experienced in using MS Office. 
• You have a category B driving licence
