HR Generalist (100%)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality to support our HR department and contribute to the further development of our HR strategies. For our location in Wallisellen, we are looking for an HR Generalist (100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Independent and comprehensive support of the assigned business areas of the SVTI group, including handling all administrative HR processes along the employee life cycle
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring
- Support and advise line managers and employees on all personnel and management issues
- Contribute to the further development of HR strategies and processes as well as exciting HR projects
- If interested, take on payroll tasks
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship, further training as an HR specialist, and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good expertise in all HR topics, experience in conducting recruitment interviews is a prerequisite
- High social competence and pronounced communication skills, combined with good assertiveness
- Solution-oriented, holistic, and cross-process thinking and action
- Fluent in German, knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, SAP and SuccessFactors are an advantage

Purpose
As a private, independent, and non-profit association with around 8,000 members, the SVTI performs official and private tasks on behalf of the federal government and the cantons. The purpose of the SVTI is to prevent accidents, disruptions, and damage and to eliminate hazards in the manufacture and operation of technical systems of all kinds.
Activities
The main activities of the SVTI include monitoring technical systems and devices such as pipelines and installations in power plants and pressurized containers, as well as market surveillance of elevators and pressure devices.
Structure
The SVTI consists of the departments of Boiler Inspection, Federal Pipeline Inspection, Nuclear Inspection, Federal Elevator Inspection, and Market Surveillance of Pressure Devices.
