Project Manager / Building Services Engineer in Heating (m/f/d)
Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is an established company specialising in building services engineering. The company is known for providing high-quality services in the field of heating and sanitary technology. With many years of experience and a dedicated team of professionals, our partner has earned a solid reputation in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Execution and monitoring of projects from the tender phase to billing
- Project planning
- Creation of project plans as well as recess, insertion and execution plans
- Calculation and design of various devices and system components
- Processing of documents
- Preparation of workflows, site management, interim inspections and approvals
- Efficient deployment planning, team leadership and coaching for the installation team
- Responsibility for quality, adherence to deadlines and cost control
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training
- Several years of professional experience
- Advantageous: expertise in building services engineering, especially in the areas of sanitary and ventilation
- Independent and precise working style as well as high commitment
- Communicative team player with a strong customer focus
