As a trainee with us, you have the steering wheel in your own hands and can work on a variety of exciting and diverse projects depending on your talents and strengths. You will have the opportunity to independently implement projects in the area of business development and thus advance our company in various specialist areas. You will be closely involved when it comes to opening up new markets or sales channels, optimizing our systems and processes, and shaping our product range. For this, you create analyses, juggle numbers, data, and facts, and maintain active communication with our stakeholders. We count on your drive, constructive feedback, and innovative ideas.
You can expect a varied activity with broad insight into our different departments and the e-commerce landscape, a lot of personal responsibility, and a relaxed working atmosphere. What are your tasks?
Business Development – Process Management & Big Data
- Active participation in the planning and implementation of projects in the area of corporate development (such as the introduction of new private labels, further development of our webshop, etc.)
- Assistance in the evaluation and introduction of new tools, methods, and processes
- Analyses and research on trends and developments
- Continuous development of process improvements
- Regular exchange with our stakeholders
What is important to us
- Ideally, you have already completed a business degree at the bachelor or master level and communicate fluently in German and English, both orally and in writing
- You are passionate about e-commerce and have always wanted to know what is behind a successful online shop
- You enjoy critically questioning facts and finding creative solutions. In general, you are an initiative personality who likes to think along and contribute your own ideas
- Not only your friends know that you can always be relied upon
- You have a hands-on mentality and never lose sight of the big picture
- As a digital native, you know MS Office (especially Excel) like the back of your hand and are not afraid to learn new systems
- If you already have some experience in data analysis and related tools, that is a big plus for us
