To strengthen our team in vocational integration, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Trainer in Automation with a Lead Link role for the Technical Circle (construction, electronics, automation, and mechanics).

What you bring

• Completed training as an automation technician EFZ with solid mechanical knowledge and enjoyment in training and supporting both automation technicians EFZ and polymechanics EFZ in basic mechanical education
• Leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking and an eye for the essentials
• Respectful interaction with people and enjoyment in supporting persons with increased support needs
• Pedagogical flair, strong social skills, and enthusiasm for promoting learners
• Independent, team-oriented, flexible, and reliable. You take initiative and think ahead

What you can achieve

• You lead the Technical Circle professionally, personally, and economically, including budget responsibility
• You lead and develop a team of motivated trainers and actively shape a modern, future-oriented vocational training
• You are responsible for the training and support of around 25 learners at the PrA, EBA, and EFZ levels and work closely with schools, IV, relatives, and other partners
• You promote and enable learners with support needs and successfully accompany them until completion of their training
• You plan and coordinate training and production orders, ensure training quality, and provide professional documentation as well as compliance with quality and safety standards
