What you will achieve

• You independently and reliably carry out revisions and maintenance work on our production systems.
• You plan, document, and execute line maintenance on schedule.
• You analyse malfunctions sustainably, eliminate root causes, and optimise systems through technical adjustments and modifications.
• You support machine and product changeovers as well as the installation and commissioning of new systems.
• You manufacture special constructions, supervise external fitters, and perform emergency on-call duties.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: as a mechanic; further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in machine maintenance in a production company, ideally in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of production systems as well as practical experience in pneumatics and automation technology.
• You approach technical challenges systematically and are able to sustainably resolve complex malfunctions using drawings and revision documents.
• You convince through a high customer orientation, respectful interaction with others, and an independent, solution-oriented working style.
• You are willing to work in a three-shift system and regularly perform on-call duties.
• Basic knowledge in hydraulics as well as mechanical manufacturing (turning, milling, welding) is desirable.
