About the job

• Establishment and organisation of a chief physician's secretariat with all administrative and organisational tasks (hub function)
• Appointment scheduling for the chief physician, coordination of appointments for the medical management as well as travel planning
• Organisation, preparation and coordination of complex seminars and events
• Personnel administrative tasks (responsibility for planning sheets PEP and duty roster of the medical team)
• Assistance with performance recording
• Communication with authorities as well as drafting demanding documents based on keywords or independently with specialised terminology (possibly in foreign languages)

• Completed commercial training with appropriate further education (e.g. executive assistant) or comparable training in hospitality/tourism
• Strong service orientation, precise and structured working method and organisational talent
• High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Positive attitude, friendly and confident appearance and enthusiasm
• Clinical experience desired
• Fluent German, very good language skills in English and French
