Your Tasks
- Identification, assessment, management, and monitoring of operational risks
- Implementation and execution of regulatory and department-specific
- requirements in the area of operational risks
- Support and further development of the Operational Risk Management Framework and the Internal Control System (ICS)
- Conducting Risk & Control Assessments in the departments
- Member of the OpRisk Committee, Security Team, and Crisis Staff
- Independent leadership and participation in risk-relevant regulatory projects
- Establishment of an appropriate, cross-departmental risk culture
What You Bring
- Professional experience in the financial industry and especially in managing operational risks
- Degree from a higher technical school, university of applied sciences, or university (or a comparable qualification)
- Enjoyment of regulatory challenges and complex, interdisciplinary
- topics in different business areas
- Knowledge in the implementation and application of FINMA circulars (especially Circular 2023/1 Operational Risks and Resilience – Banks)
- Strong analytical skills, a structured and precise way of working combined with a high degree of independence
- Strong communication skills combined with a confident appearance
