Handyman All-Rounder (100%) - Repairs & Property Maintenance

IMMOdähäi AG is an owner-managed real estate company based in Sissach BL. We have been active in the real estate industry for over 40 years and currently manage mainly our own residential and commercial properties.

To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a versatile, skilled handyman who thinks ahead and enjoys varied tasks.

Your Tasks

- Repair and maintenance work in rental apartments and properties
- Sanitary work and repairs on sanitary installations
- General construction, renovation, and refurbishment work
- Painting, assembly, and touch-up work
- Maintenance and servicing of technical systems (e.g. boiler descaling, filter changes)
- Cleaning, clearing, transport, and disposal work
- Garden care and grounds maintenance

Your Profile

- Several years of practical professional experience, ideally with completed training
- Technical understanding
- Ability to carry out work independently and solve technical problems
- Reliable and careful working style as well as friendly interaction with tenants and colleagues
- Good physical condition and resilience
- Driving licence category B
- Good knowledge of German
