Your tasks
- You plan, organize, and lead smaller construction sites in public spaces and actively work on the construction site.
- You carry out all kinds of road construction work on the city road network.
- You are responsible for the renovation or new construction within the road body such as pipelines, drainage, pavements, etc.
- You operate, monitor, and properly maintain machines and vehicles.
- You complete the necessary administrative tasks and take on on-call, winter service, and weekend duties for the city of Lucerne.
- During special deployments, such as large events or winter service, you support the team.
Your profile
- You are reliable, treat your team and our customers with respect, and are open to other cultures and new ideas.
- You have completed vocational training in building construction, civil engineering, road construction, or landscaping.
- Physical resilience and a reliable working style are among your strengths.
- You have experience handling small machines and equipment and hold a driving license for categories B and BE.
- You present yourself confidently in public and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You enjoy working in a team and convince through flexibility as well as an independent working style.
