Your mission:
- Perform various routine tasks of an archives service: list, sort, file all documents constituting the medical record and assist in managing the archives inventory
- Participate in the digitization of medical documents
Your profile:
- Holder of a gymnasium / professional maturity type with a CFC related to the field (in accordance with the admission conditions for the HEG training of Specialist in Information Science)
- Fluency in French or German with knowledge of the other language
- Rigorous, organized and autonomous
- Good command of common computer tools
- Initiative and dynamic spirit

- You will perform various daily tasks in the archive: recording, sorting, filing all documents of a patient file as well as supporting the management of the archive inventory.
- You will participate in the digitization of medical documents.
Profile
- Gymnasium or professional maturity with EFZ in a related field (according to the admission requirements for the Bachelor’s degree in Information Science)
- German or French with knowledge of the other language
- Careful working method, organizational skills and independence
- Good knowledge of common computer programs
- Initiative and dynamism
