Your tasks:
- Welcome, inform, and assist passengers
- Direct and guide passengers to ensure optimal flow within the Terminal
- Identify and report any situation that could hinder passenger flow and safety
- Manage and supervise transfers
- Participate in setting up queues
Your profile:
- Initial experience involving customer relationship management
- Great ease in regular contacts
- Very good oral knowledge of French and English (minimum C1)
- Any other language is an asset,
- Open, proactive, and pleasant personality,
- Able to walk approximately 20,000 steps/day (within the terminal)
- Good stress management
