Your Tasks

Professional, methodological and personnel management of a real estate financing team as well as promotion and further development of employees
Ensuring high-quality advice for our clients on all topics related to financing solutions - in close cooperation with private customer and private banking advisors
Ensuring a high standard in the review, structuring and processing of financing for clients managed by the client managers - focusing on financing of owner-occupied residential property, private investment financing and holiday properties
Assessment of property valuations as well as analysis and evaluation of credit risks within the framework of credit assessment
Assisting in the continuous development of processes, procedures and products in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
Representing the bank at customer and bank events as well as actively maintaining and expanding the network
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in advice, sales and documentation
Participation in projects, working groups and specialist committees as well as active shaping of the further development of the financing business

Our Requirements

Completed higher education or further training (HF, FH or university) as well as sound specialised training in the field of real estate financing
Several years of professional experience in the real estate financing business as well as experience in leading and developing employees
Sound knowledge of the real estate market, financing processes and pension topics
Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
High customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in building and maintaining sustainable relationships
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills; further language skills are an advantage
