To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, committed and straightforward personality for our property accounting.

With us, you are not just "responsible for accounting". You take responsibility for a diverse property portfolio and are an important contact person for our clients and tenants.

What awaits you:

• Independent debtor and creditor management
• Dunning and debt collection
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and support during audits
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Payroll accounting including management of social insurances
• Communication with clients, tenants and internal departments
• Active participation in the further development of our digital processes

What you bring with you:

You don’t have to tick every box. What matters to us is that you are professionally competent, enjoy taking responsibility and fit in with us personally.

• Experience in property/real estate accounting or fiduciary services
• Enjoyment of numbers and digitalisation
• Structured, precise working style with a sense of responsibility and initiative
• Further training in finance and accounting or property management is an advantage
• Confident use of Office 365
• Experience with Garaio REM is a plus but not a must
