Active in the management of large-scale construction projects throughout French-speaking Switzerland, EMCO Partenaires SA is a service company based in Crissier (VD) that provides specialised services in Project Management, Site Supervision, Construction Economics, and Owner's Assistance.

In collaboration with renowned Institutional, Public, and Private clients, EMCO becomes the reference partner to ensure clients meet their financial, qualitative, and time objectives in the construction process.

As part of the development of our site supervision activities, we are looking for a:

Project Assistant (80 to 100%)

Your mission:

In this role offering a wide variety of tasks, your main duties will be as follows:

• Welcoming clients and managing telephone reception
• Drafting letters and emails
• Administrative support for site managers and project managers
• Monitoring tender files
• Preparing contracts and amendments
• Preparing payment notices and account statements using the Messerli software
• Managing invoicing
• Writing and distributing minutes

Your skills:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in construction in Switzerland
• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent diploma
• Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written
• Ability to work in a team, autonomy, rigour, and an overall vision
• Committed professional, your sense of priorities and work organisation reflect your rigour
• Proficiency in Messerli Gestion
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite
