This is what you do...
- Build and further develop a group-wide BI and reporting landscape
- Develop, standardise and automate management and controlling reports
- Analyse existing reporting processes and identify optimisation and automation potentials
- Create and further develop dashboards, key performance indicator systems and data models
- Ensure a uniform definition and interpretation of key figures within the group
- Work closely with controlling, specialist departments and IT in the implementation of reporting and data projects
- Support the introduction of modern BI solutions and self-service reporting approaches
- Prepare and analyse data as a decision-making basis for management and executive leadership
- Actively participate in the digitalisation and professionalisation of finance, controlling and data processes
This is what you bring with you...
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, data analytics, finance or comparable training with corresponding further education
- Several years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting or controlling
- Experience with modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or comparable)
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, databases and data models
- Strong understanding of business contexts and corporate key figures
- High affinity for data as well as enjoyment in optimising and digitalising processes
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to communicate complex matters appropriately to the target audience
- Independent personality with a desire to shape and enjoyment in building new structures
- Experience in an industrial or production environment is an advantage
