Your tasks include
- Case management (admission to discharge)
- Participation in interprofessional meetings (doctors, nursing, psychologists)
- Networking work in the cantons of Zug, Schwyz, Uri
- Participation in discussions with employers, social insurance institutions, residential institutions, relatives, KESB and guardians, etc.
- Participation in internal training
- Participation in team meetings, intervisions and supervisions
- Social work in the areas of youth work, gerontology, acute psychiatry, addiction and special therapies

- Ongoing studies in Social Work at a University of Applied Sciences
- Communicative and stable personality
- High sense of responsibility, confident appearance and flexibility
- Quick comprehension, reliable and independent working style
- Joy and commitment to working in a motivated team
- Active exchange of knowledge and experience
- Flawless German skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage
